I had high hopes with this bank. Sadly, they seem to be having more fun drinking coffee than giving support to their clients. Very much disappointed. I just wanted my ATM card and had to go twice (support told me to come again) and they didnt have my card. What a waste of my time.

This is by far the worst update.
Do the developers even beta test this? 
This app is a mess right now.

App is asking for ecode while i have no ecode generator button in the app.

Went to transfer…my profile is gone.

The app only works for non business accounts. Business users are stuck with the website or the old useless app. Total disappointment

After I put my user name this app ask me for the password and a challenge, I don’t even know what am I suppose tu fill in there, in the page on the browser it doesn’t ask me for that “challege” but it do in the app.

**Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please reach out to us via https://www.eamigo.com. We will help you setup CMB Mobile Banking app. Once setup there is no need to enter the challenge anymore. If you like, we can even set it up to work with FaceID or TouchID.

After reregistering wit a CMB employee it all worked. After a few days the widget stopped working. Every time I try to set it up again the app crashes. The app also keeps crashing trying to do a transfer. Shame that CMB not seems able to build a stable secure app.

I have a joint account wit my spouse. We each have our login. When my spouse creates a transfer template, these are not visible for me. Active transfers created by my spouse do not show on my app; this may lead to overdrafts!

App crashes every time you try to login when registering a device

**Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are working hard on the Face ID login problem which causes the app to crash. Please stay tuned for a new update that fixes this problem. Meanwhile feel free to use PIN login.

I’ve been using the app since the start of its launch and its been good but it definitely needs a ‘freshen up’. The exchange rate page for example needs some improvements.
