奇美醫療體系醫療照護溝通平台，提供醫療體系(包含永康、柳營以及佳里院區)，醫療的重要訊息傳遞，即時性的溝通平台。
服務項目如下:
1.	訊息中心：提供重要訊息推播通知功能，增加訊息傳達效率，不遺漏訊息。
2.	檢驗檢查危險值報告通知：及時提供各項檢驗檢查報告危險值的通知，將檢驗數值完整傳遞，提供臨床醫療人員進行判斷，給予病人即時性處置，系統訊息涵蓋檢驗檢查單位聯繫方式，讓接獲訊息者對於報告有疑問時，可透過系統提供的照護團隊成員名單，連結通訊資料，立即進行電話諮詢，也可利用來做醫療團隊成員間相互通知與訊息交換，落實訊息不漏接。
3.	危險值回覆機制：醫療團隊接收的危險值處理後，能在行動裝置直接進行處置回覆，處置後的訊息會回傳系統，醫療照護團隊可以清楚獲知病人已接受處置。
4.	行動查房系統：建置院內行動查房機制，可在病房單位直接以行動裝置連結醫院端的各項檢查檢驗結果或影像，向病人進行病情解說，促進醫病間的溝通。
5.	醫療照片上傳功能：以輸入病歷號或QR CODE掃描病歷資料，將所需要的醫療照片拍攝後，直接上傳至醫院照片管理系統，醫療人員即可選擇照片進行病歷資料整理，便利醫療人員進行醫療照片的存取，藉由第一時間病歷資料輸入以避免發生資料匯入錯誤事件，照片上傳後行動裝置上的資料會立即清除，不會儲存於行動裝置上，避免發生資料外洩，安全的管理病人隱私資料。
6.	通訊錄功能：與醫院員工資料連結，建立便捷的通訊路徑，在行動裝置上即可依簡單關鍵字搜尋出要找的人來進行通話，可減少繁瑣的找電話工作。
