I like everything it does except for one thing… you need to keep the app open to update many things on the app (weather, gps, find my phone, etc.). A few seconds it takes to find my location. From then it is so slow for GPS to find my location. It takes more than 3 minutes to find my location. Please do something about it. ### 2/5 — Need Update *2025-08-11, version 3.5.6* My CMF watch is not working. It always shows an upgrade message and only displays the QR code screen. I think the issue might be fixed after updating the app, but this problem happens every time. Thank you! ### 2/5 — Great at disconnecting *2025-06-21, version 3.4.1* Disconnects from my phone so many times in a day that it defeats the purpose of wearing it and fails to reconnect. Loved it if it could stay connected. Support was less than helpful and just acknowledging that it is an android device. It should not be sold as supporting iOS. This is just 2 cents. ### 3/5 — Options and updates? *2025-06-20* I enjoy the watch for the first 2 months. My only gripe is I wish the option to create your own wallpaper and adding steps and stuff over it would be implemented. I also wish they better update the app for more app icons to show up its original app icon for notifications for a better update. It had everything I need at a price WAY below the competition. However, the app leaves a bit to be desired. I think the UI is good in the app, but it is a bit counter intuitive. Here's some of my criticisms: -home page of the app should allow users to rearrange wigets to display what they want in order of priority. Currently steps is the top option and the only way to change that is to remove it from your homepage entirely -background app refresh! Apple had the ability to sync devices in the background. It would be super cool if I could download the weather for the day into my watch overnight. That way I don't have to launch the cmf app to get the weather to sync. It's super inconvenient that I have to open the app every day just to get weather updates. -sleep data consistency. The pie chart on the sleep data tab is in hours, but the bar graph uses minutes? Either this should use the same unit, or allow users to chose whether they want hours or minutes as the unit. -quick actions? The headphones let me program a TON of personalizable outcomes when I push the dial button. Why is the same not true for the watch. I'd love it if I could do a triple click and instantly bring up the camera companion, or the flash light. Maybe a tap and hold can bring up my weather for the week. Thank you! ### 3/5 — Decent *2025-06-10* I don’t usually wear watches but life circumstances deem it necessary. Affordable and does (for the most part) what it should. My only issues so far with this watch are the find my phone feature can only be used if the app is actually open on the phone when you go to use it, it does not track standing correctly, gps only updates when the app is open, weather only updates when you open the app, the health trackers only run/check every half hour or so, and I think you should add more watch face customization features. I like the AI watch face generator but it’s rather restricted unfortunately. I would also like to be able to disable some of the options out of the menu, I don’t use most of them and I have to scroll past all of them to find what I’m looking for(ie stopwatch, calculator, find my phone). As someone who is chronically misplacing their phone, I would like to see the ‘find my’ feature be addressed asap. I also wish other apps could be singularly allowed to push notifications, such as when my tracker app goes off to remind me that it’s time to feed. **Developer response:** Hi, Silky_18. But where it falls short is the whole reason I have it. It does not track your exercise times very well. Trust me a $10 kid watch can do better than this watch. Nothing is real a dumb good styled (not good looking) brand . Every time you watch a review video of their products, you will be like “wow””cool”, once you hand on yourself and use those products in your daily life, you just want to ditch them as soon as possible. Absolute trash. had a cheap chinesium phone and app that performed better. It’s done exactly what I’ve required. It has auto-brightness and a calculator.. which other watches in this price category don’t provide. It has multiple watch faces which are fun and creative. This app has a few issues, but nothing serious enough to make me hold back 5 stars. Accuracy isn’t perfect as measured in my treadmill. But the watch is full powered (exercise, pulse, oxygen, stress, sleep tracking), is pretty and battery lasts quite a bit. The app is a bit bland, info could be arranged in a more intuitive way, and sometimes sync is slow, exercises take a minute to show up, but it works well overall.
