Dear frank n co, gue beli cincin di cabang Plaza Indonesia tapi pelayanannya kaya beli di toko emas pinggir jalan. Di bilang GIA, uda DP 50%, pas di cek ternyata Forever Mark. Mau cancel dan refund ga boleh, di kasih alternatif di bikinin dengan model yg sama dan GIA, tapi lebar cincin cewenya gede banget.. dari awal request di tipisin lebarnya tapi katanya gabisa karna cetakan dari sana nya gitu. Pas cincinnya jadi, eh yg punya pasangan bisa tuh lebar cincinnya tipis, malah jadinya cincin cowo tipis dan cincin cewenya tebel. Gimana tuh?? Biasanya yg cowo kan yg gede, cewenya tipis. Solusi dari salesnya di tuker aja cincin cewe sama cowonya, kalo gitu emasnya kebuang dong?? Tapi harganya tetep sama walau emasnya banyak kebuang.. GITU YA solusinya?? Segitu gamau lepas komisi sampe clientnya di bikin bolak balik dan rugi banyak emas aja gapapa?

Mending benerin layanan offline dulu daripada fokus ngembangin apps. Layanan masih buruk, saya beli emas/diamond di setiap toko SOP nya tidak ada yang standar. FYI saya beli cincin di The Palace Panakukang, Makassar :(
