I bought the charger installed it and I could not get it out of demo mode. Your customer service was great sent me out a new charger just to find out that the tech at the boat shop was able to fix it with the android app that had way more menu options than the ISO phone I was using. It looked completely different than what I pull up on my version. For $1300 for a charger that can only be program by The app that only seems to work correctly on an android phone it is ridiculous. Customer service although is a five out of five unfortunately I have to give this app one star until this problem is corrected ### 1/5 — Power pole Charge *2021-06-23, version 2.1* I got the new Charge power charging system so I could manage my batteries of my boat and have a. Emergency start function. I can’t get the app to pair with the charge after getting it done with the first time I fired it up. I can’t even get the online diagnosis to work and get an error code. It’s probably the worst decision I made to let them install this product. I’m changing it this week. First off why do you need the app for powerpoles? Dash and foot petals is all you need! When connecting make your BlueTooth is on and also on for app and cellular mode is on with a full battery. If your powerpole Motors are under a hatch, open the hatch and find a place with great cellar Reception? If your using WiFi then not sure what your doing wrong. Hold down power pole buttons for 3 or 4 seconds or until they are beeping then start looking to pair them both. You need to Unpair them from your Bluetooth concle switch or your Bluetooth deck foot petals if your phone can’t find them. Useing it for power pole Charge is the main reason for having the app! To Transfer battery power from 1 battery to another battery or charging on the Run or Emergency start. All Your head unit displays, probably have all this already on it. ### 5/5 — App is perfect *2024-05-19* Works amazing for setting up and controlling power pole ### 5/5 — It’s Alright! *2019-04-22, version 1.14* Just got the app April 2019… So far I haven’t had too many issues setting anything up. I will say that when you update your firmware will have to reconnect your power poles to your button switches but it takes about five minutes and isn’t that big of a deal. It’s much more convenient to set up your speed & sensitivity with the app instead of doing it manually which is the only reason I’m using it. ### 5/5 — Issues with firmware *2018-04-08, version 1.9* Download app to update power poles that was working perfectly now they are having trouble deploying after update and this is the same for my duals on both boats after update. ### 5/5 — Great Product *2016-04-03, version 1.3* Great app, great company. This is a must have to keep track of your poles ### 5/5 — Compatibility *2015-02-25, version 1.0* Currently this app is only compatible on Power-Pole hydraulic units built in late Jan. 2015 or later. A module is coming soon that can be added to units produced prior to the mentioned date to allow for the use of this app. ### 3/5 — Problems *2021-05-19* I used this app for some time with little issue. Not sure if a recent update to the App has caused problems or there is an issue with the brains of the pumps, but I am no longer able to link to either of the poles. The app/phone no longer recognizes the poles. ### 2/5 — Could be great *2025-09-03, version 2.16* Has a lot of glitches. Often won’t connect even after pushing the button to reset. Eventually has always connected but it could be up to 15 minutes. It has trouble keeping batteries balanced. You will have to charge trolling motor batteries individually sometimes, more often when when running 3 for 36volt. 24 volt is slightly better. I have both setups in two boats. It will stop charging and batteries are green meaning fully charged but sometimes batteries aren’t fully charged or balanced. My app won’t show charge direction arrows….
