## What is CMS?

CMS - Time Track is the time clock for crews in the field. Your company gives you a 6-character company code: create your account, your company approves it, and you are ready to work.

CLOCK IN AND OUT
- One big button to clock in and out
- Pick today's job and change it anytime
- Location is saved only at the moment you clock in or out
- Weak signal? Punches are kept on the phone and sent when you are back online

YOUR HOURS
- Week by week, with regular and overtime totals
- See which job each day went to

RECEIPTS AND GAS
- Snap a photo of the receipt
- Mark who paid: you (pay me back) or the company card
- Gas with gallons and vehicle
- Follow the status: pending, approved or rejected

TO RECEIVE
- Estimate of what you are owed since your last payment
- Month totals by job and a PDF report

MESSAGES
- Notices from your company, for everyone or just for you, with push notifications

KIOSK MODE
- Turn a shared iPad at the shop into a time clock where each worker types a personal code

Requires an account with a company that uses CMS. Ask your employer for the company code.
