I just downloaded the app and it doesn’t open up just pops open shows the Chickasaw Nation symbol and closes

Downloaded on my IPhone 15 ProMax. When I click on it, it briefly shows the Chickasaw shield then goes blank.

I have had this app for a couple of weeks now. Every time I click it, it shows me the seal of the Chickasaw nation for a moment and closes back to my Home Screen.
