What can I do about this? ### 2/5 — Too glitchy *2026-01-18, version 3.0.7* I get kicked off half of the time. When trying to upload photos it just spins out for hours until I finally cancel the pictures. ALSO CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE IT TO WHEN WE LOG THAT PARENTS NEED SUPPLIES IT DOESN’T GET LOST IN THE FEED. It needs to be pinned to the top. ### 2/5 — No photos/cant comment *2025-05-06, version 3.0.1* Her teacher is always so great at updating but every time she shares a picture I can never see it on my end. Also it would be helpful if we could comment back to their update, there’s been times where she sends an update like “she’s out of diapers” and it would be great if besides just liking the post I could write back ### 2/5 — Maybe an update would help? *2025-03-11* When trying to check on my child’s activities throughout the day, I see some things as they are entered in, but things like pictures of him don’t update until the next day sometimes. Also, whenever there is a photo taken, and I try to download it to my phone it doesn’t work. I’m not sure of an update would help. I like the concept of this app but just a little bit more with execution and I think it could be better. ### 2/5 — No notifications and in app support doesn’t work *2025-02-12, version 2.2.1* The app is great when it is working. I haven’t had it for long. However, I can’t receive notifications. I have them on through my phone settings and the app. I’ve redownloaded the app, restarted my phone, force closed and reopened the app, and then tried to do the in app support. Every time I try to do the in app support it tells me “something’s wrong gone wrong content could not be loaded”… so telling me to use the in app support wouldn’t even be helpful because I can’t even try that, every time I do go for it. ### 2/5 — Frustrating issues *2025-02-04, version 2.2.1* The app is always crashing and making me log back in, and the photos my child’s teachers post never load, so I can’t see them. ### 2/5 — . *2024-12-28, version 2.2.1* I have been having issues with this app since I've downloaded it... it's always logging me out and it's not updating like it should ### 2/5 — Why no option to pay in the app *2024-11-24, version 2.1.18* And login sometimes messes up and I have to wait and attempt to re log in. Give option for Face ID and paying in app. PLEASE! ### 2/5 — Always has technical issues *2024-11-06, version 2.1.18* At first I really liked the app because I was able to receive updates while I was at work but it always seems like I’m constantly trying to log in. Also, I tried creating a new password and there’s no IT support to help with creating a new password. Even when I try to create one, it just hits me with an error saying I don’t meet the requirements of a new password. It’s frustrating especially when I’m just trying to see updates of my child. ### 2/5 — Login issues *2024-10-01, version 2.1.15* This app automatically logged me out and won’t allow me to reset password. I have not been able to get in and see my grandson moments for a couple days now ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2024-07-22, version 2.1.12* Stopped sending notifications several weeks ago. Then, 4 days ago, went completely down and can’t login at all. Update: it’s July & I still can’t receive notifications. I’ve spent hours discussing it with support and still no resolution. Considering the other complaints, it’s clearly an issue with the app ### 2/5 — Gallery *2024-07-09, version 2.1.12* My only complaint so far is being unable to see the photos her teacher has uploaded. Would love to see what she’s up to during her day at daycare. ### 1/5 — Stopped receiving notifications and cannot log in *2024-07-02, version 2.1.12* The app was a hassle to transition over to from Kids Reports. The apples worked fine until it stopped sending notifications and then logged me off the app. I cannot sign back in because the app says it is an invalid username and password when I have been using the same login information. I can no longer log in, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times on different occasions ### 2/5 — Issues with notifications *2024-06-24, version 2.1.12* I no longer receive push notifications even after contacting app support. The app also keeps having problems every now and then. ### 1/5 — Can’t even log in *2024-04-30, version 2.1.12* Can’t log in, the wheel loading icon just keeps spinning. Tried everything - uninstall app, restart phone, reinstalled app, password reset, with and without cellular and in-home Wi-Fi. Not impressed that the developer responded to other reviews of people who can’t login by saying to use the in-app chat for support. I love using the QR code function. My only complaint is that there seem to be so many typos within the app itself! I’m not sure if it’s just my child’s location or if it’s a company wide thing. There are many typos within the menu for the day. Today I noticed that the abbreviation for December is “Dic.”? ### 4/5 — Unresponsive *2024-04-29, version 2.1.12* Stopped receiving notifications about 3 weeks ago, and then about 2 weeks ago I got logged out and haven't been able to log in since. Some kind of acknowledgement and update regarding when this will be fixed would be nice. Normally the app is great. If it starts working again I'll update my review accordingly. 4/27/24 Response: if I can’t login how am I supposed to use the in app chat? I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times to no avail. I’ve reset my password and nothing. *4/29/24 UPDATE* was able to get into the app and all is working now. Was an unrelated issue. Overall the app is great and I love being able to get updates about my child throughout the day! ### 3/5 — Please make changes *2025-03-15, version 2.2.2* Can y’all make it to where diapers and potty are 2 separate buttons when logging? It gets confusing since some teachers mark successful and wet under the same thing cause it’s looking like they successfully changed the child’s diaper. As both a teacher and parent this would be a very beneficial change. Also, picture quality is not the best when posting and receiving pictures and when downloading the pictures off they are very blurry.
