## What is CNA Assistance?

The Charles Necthem Assistance Mobile Application provides quick access for phone users to call our EAP hotline and receive assistance.  For plans that include access to the Wellness Library, users can also access additional health and wellness resources.

### 1.351 — 2023-09-02

Added account deletion page accessible from main page and also accessible from web as per Google user data privacy requirements.  Updating iOS app to maintain parity between platform versions.

### 1.34 — 2021-10-24

Added lost password reset features - Users that are unable to login can now reset their password without needing to contact CNA for support.
Added Tiger Connect Platform Connection - Authorized users can now initiate a text session with a provider.
Added therapist referral - Authorized users can request a referral to a local provider from CNA.

### 1.26 — 2021-04-17

Corrected bug that prevented SSO URL from being sent back to browser after new user registration.

### 1.2 — 2021-04-11

SSO login to Wellness Library is now live removing the need to provide credentials for approved users.  If an SSO login has not been set up for the employer, the login portal is displayed.
