Then when I finally spoke to somebody and explained what happened I was told they had to “get approval” before they could waive any fees.....HAAAA!!! They don’t mind calling you before the sun comes up though looking for their money. Don’t even give you time to get up and actually try to make the payment. Just use your web browser on your iDevice to log into their website. Once you set up the account the first time then you can easily sign in on your repeat visits. It is obvious that they have either hired a bunch of dimwits OR are utilizing some basic skills that their in-house employees with other job titles happen to have. Oh and trying to tell them that they have a problem is a waste of time and energy. Web Developer was my last professional title before I retired. I will gladly fix their issues for them just because it will make my life easier. I even asked for them then to take that payment and add to what is owed they wouldn’t do that. So they pretty much took my money they owe me and will not return it.
