I can only actually go to my bank when I go on a 35 to 40 minute drive. Also, you are not able to edit a payee in bill pay. Lots of little annoying things that require a call to the bank so you are allowed to have access to your own account. Wells Fargo is way better (and I am not a fan of WF) All banks and Credit Unions I’ve ever used are way more user friendly. This bank needs to do some catching up. If changing auto deposit and payments wasn’t a pain we would have gone to an online bank already. It’s definitely in our future though. Makes moving anywhere so much easier. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — I shouldn’t have to update everything to use an app *2026-06-04, version 3.28.0* i’ve had the app for about a year now and everything was great, and then suddenly we decide that we HAVE to have “bug fixes” that require you to update your entire phone to use 1 SINGULAR app. I can’t use it now, and apple doesn’t care about its customers either so I don’t have anywhere near enough storage space to update my phone itself. I am already updated to 3.34.1 and opening the app from the store takes me back to the update prompt.
