Hours good. Feel my account is secure. All employees I have ever encountered are extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. Branches are inviting and now decorated in tasteful fashion. I like the feel of walking in to the branches I have visited; Mendon, Honeoye Falls, Shortsville. Numbers” which is different from the actual acct. Numbers is confusing. It doesn’t show pending transactions. It needs a major overhaul.
