It’s always been customer oriented. It seems like this bank has what people call the “little man complex”. They make things unusually difficult to accomplish for some reason, I can only guess to try and seem more powerful. Whenever I wanted to try and remove account or log out it wouldn’t do anything. ### 1/5 — Remote Deposit is useless *2024-12-04, version 3.18.0* The app is fine except for one critical flaw. Why even offer remote deposit if it never accepts the image the first, second or even fifth time? You can line up the check perfectly and have the perfect lighting and a steady hand and the image still gets completely messed up during processing. On my end it looks perfect and even the preview of the image before you submit is perfect. But when it's submitted it always inevitably cuts off huge portions of the image. The worst part is it's been ongoing for years. I keep complaining when a check is rejected but so far nothing has changed. I really wish they would just remove the feature rather then keep sending me the same "your check has been rejected due to," message over and over. It infuriates me every time. My check was rejected because your app is completely inadequate. But there is a saying about someone who continues to do the same thing over and over with the same results, so maybe the problem is really me. ### 1/5 — Lates App Updates prevents older iPhones from utilizing *2024-04-04, version 3.5.0* IOS 16.0, which doesn’t run on older IPhones is now required to run the latest application update. This is the only application that I have experienced that requires a newer IPhone (running on IOS16) to function. My IPhone is an older IPhone 7 Plus running on IOS 15.8 and it will no longer run this mobile application ### 1/5 — Check deposits *2022-07-26, version 2.43.0* Absolutely trash. You can not electronically deposit checks because they all get rejected for the slightest “issue”. This bank is too redneck and yeehaw to upgrade. It doesn’t even offer Zelle through your bank.
