Even though the box is a certain size, you have to press in a specific spot. If that’s what you’re going to do, at least get some face recognition software, like all the other apps that are following the times. They should just get that anyway! I don’t have a thumb print anymore. ### 4/5 — Face ID *2018-10-24, version 3.1* It had no Face ID yet and just crashes when you try ### 3/5 — Needs Updates *2025-11-13, version 4.0* First of all, no one has Touch ID on their phones anymore so Touch ID needs to say Biometric set up or Face ID. Secondly, it would be so much more helpful if the app showed a continual change in balance after every transaction, meaning not just show balance up top where I can not tell if there has been a change or not but to actually show the balance after every transaction as an ongoing change, listed along with deposits and withdraws. My other bank app has that feature and it is so much better in that there is no confusion in when a mobile deposit is actually deposited or if it is still sitting under pending. I don’t always receive a notification when a mobile deposit goes through. Thirdly, when I make a mobile deposit after business hours, the transaction receipt shows that there is zero amount available, however when I speak to someone at the bank, they tell me that I did receive a certain amount up front; If there was an actual balance after every transaction, there would be zero confusion and I would not have to take a screen shot of the transaction after after mobile deposit. A running balance, just as it would be kept in a check book would eliminate all doubt! ### 3/5 — Great bank but horrible features *2020-11-14, version 3.2* I hate how we are going into 2021 and CNB of Texas still doesn’t support Apple Pay or Samsung pay. I forget the password (been changed repeatedly) and touch recognition will not work with my phone. It needs facial recognition. Because I forget the password, I get locked out of my account. Not even a chance to reset the password or answer security questions for password hint. Every time I take a photo it says "please center and make sure proper lighting, etc" but it will not accept even the best of "proper" photos taken that are required for mobile deposit.
