## What is CNB?

CNB is a mobile banking solution that enables bank customers to use their iPhone or iPad to initiate routine transactions and conduct research anytime, from anywhere. Customers can view account balances and transaction history, view account alerts, initiate account transfers and pay bills.

CNB supports all account types including checking, certificates-of-deposit, money markets, loans, and lines-of-credit.

On your phone use the same ID and password you use to access CNB Net24 Online Banking. It's that simple!

Every time Jack Henry updates City Bank WV my CNB Mobile app wont accept Touch ID. I thought these customers were independent. Recurring problem.

This app has served me well! To correct the other reviewer’s statement, you can in fact do mobile banking deposits which is very convenient.

All I'm trying to do is see my account because I just bought a few things and every time I go to get on the app and log in and, I already know I have my information correct,it keeps popping up "error" and it's just very frustrating!
