Has a hard time recognizing endorsement. Even using stamp provided by the bank. Tried 45 times and gave up.

Every time Jack Henry updates City Bank WV my CNB Mobile app wont accept Touch ID. I thought these customers were independent. Recurring problem.

All I'm trying to do is see my account because I just bought a few things and every time I go to get on the app and log in and, I already know I have my information correct,it keeps popping up "error" and it's just very frustrating!

The app is pretty convenient, I’d give 5 stars if it had mobile deposit.

The app works well for checking balances, but it would be really nice if it had mobile check depositing.

This app has served me well! To correct the other reviewer’s statement, you can in fact do mobile banking deposits which is very convenient.
