Punch in what you're cutting and what you're cutting it with. CNC Speeds & Feeds converts published starting values into spindle RPM and feed rate instantly, and every result opens up to show the formula with your numbers in it. No account, no ads, it works in the shop, gloves on, with or without Wi-Fi.

CUTTING
• Milling: RPM & IPM from material, tool Ø and flutes, with radial chip thinning (RCTF)
• Turning: RPM at diameter (G96-ready), feed per rev, cut-time estimate
• Drilling: 179-size letter/number/fraction/metric drill picker, feed and peck guidance
• Tapping: tap drill at 50–85% engagement plus rigid-tapping feed
• Surface Finish: theoretical Ra/Rt from feed and nose radius, and the reverse

THREADS & MEASUREMENT
• Threads: UN & ISO metric data: pitch Ø, minor Ø, tap drills, computed live
• 3-Wire: best wire size and measurement-over-wires, forward and reverse
• Drill Point: tip length from diameter and point angle, so your depths land right

LAYOUT & SHOP MATH
• Bolt Circle: hole coordinates with a live drawing, copy straight to your program sheet
• Triangle: right-triangle solver from any two of side, side, hypotenuse or angle

Cutting data is compiled from published manufacturer guidelines across 21 materials and shown as RANGES with a conservative default, because vendors can disagree, and one wrong number is how tools snap. You can override any value, that's by design.
