All 5 axes move simultaneously: X, Y, Z, A, and B. Visualize compound angle surfaces and undercut features impossible on 3-axis machines. Toggle tool vector arrow, compare Simultaneous, 3+2, and 3-Axis modes. Adjust A-axis tilt and B-axis rotation with live sliders. Swiss Screw Machine Simulator

The first Swiss lathe simulation on the App Store. Sliding headstock feeds bar through guide bushing while tools cut at the bushing face, eliminating deflection on slender parts. The GD&T quiz has been fully redesigned from the ground up. Every question is now genuinely different — no more repetition. Questions are generated using 14 parameterized templates covering symbol identification, datum reference frames, feature control frame reading, modifier meanings, tolerance-zone math with MMC bonus calculations, and symbol comparisons.
Live Engineering Blueprint Renderer

A major new addition: a significant portion of quiz questions now show a real engineering drawing you must read to answer. Blueprints are rendered live (no image assets) using SwiftUI Canvas and include part outlines with dimension lines and arrows, datum feature triangles with boxed letters (A, B, C...), hole and feature circles with centerlines and diameter labels, and feature control frame callout boxes. Every blueprint is unique to its question.
Blueprint-Reading Question Types
