When trying to fill out the prelim, it keeps locking up due to the fact that the iPad is not connect to the Internet. Every 10 seconds or so I have to go through three pop ups that say that there is no connection to claim source, etc,etc. even though I am supposedly working "offline". It is very embarrassing to tell the insured to wait a minute before he or she can sign a document.

Do everything from the field.  Submit your work and all necessary requirements and paperwork before you leave the inspection site and boom, 15 day prelim requirement satisfied.

This app is the best thing since sliced bread . Takes just a few minutes at the insures house and eliminates  fax's and extra e-mails to help complete your files . Forget the rest and work with the best CNC Resource .

This app saves me a minimum of 10 minutes per inspection.  If an engineer request or surveyor is needed it can save even more time.  Best of all, it allows me to request an advance while the insured watches.  I actually had an elderly widow cry because she was so grateful that I could request an advance for her right then.  Awesome product!

I downloaded yesterday and it is absolutely AMAZING.  It is so user friendly and prelims, advance payments, signature pages, and scope notes up to CNC's claims management system, CLAIMSOURCE, within seconds of completing the inspection, WOW!  I completed an inspection and before I got to my second one of the day, I had notification the Prelim package was approved and being sent to the carrier.  Prelim completed in 30 minutes!....just amazing!
