The interface is user friendly, navigation is easy, easy to book sessions with several options and tie ups available, and specially loved that everything related to health is at one place. Although reports take very much time to upload even when the vendor already provides them everything on the day of testing itself. I got no valid reasons for why there is such a delay, which felt unsatisfactory. Hence deducting 1 star.

I’ve been using the CNH Care app for months and it’s fantastic! The interface is simple and easy for everyone. Booking appointments, quick video consultations, medication reminders, and booking appointments for health checkup all work flawlessly. I had booked appointment for health check up, Phlebotomist Swapnil Madhav was excellent! Arrived on time, very professional and gentle during the home blood collection. Quick and painless.

I had a very good experience with the home blood sample collection service. The phlebotomist arrived exactly on time at 9:00 AM, wore a face mask and gloves, and followed proper hygiene practices throughout the process. The blood sample
 was collected within a couple of minutes, making the entire experience quick and hassle-free. Overall, the service was professional, efficient, and convenient

I would like to sincerely appreciate the excellent assistance provided during my visit to Max Super Speciality Hospital. The entire testing process was conducted in a very systematic and organized manner. He was extremely patient, ensured that every step was carried out smoothly, and took the time to explain the procedure clearly throughout the test.

His supportive and reassuring approach made the entire experience comfortable, stress-free, and seamless. He remained attentive throughout the duration of the test and was always willing to help whenever needed.

I am truly grateful for his dedication, professionalism, and compassionate care. I highly recommend him for future assistance and wish him continued success and all the very best in his career.

I did my check ups on 12th March 2026, where I was told I would get my reports in 24-48 hours. Now even on 16th of March 2026, I haven’t got the reports. On enquiry with the center, it came to notice that there is issue in payment from connect and heal side, since I had opted annual health checkup from company. It’s really disappointing on the side of connect and heal that they make the people wait for more than 48 hours and still not sure when the reports are supposed to be released.
Total disappointment.
Even after 5 complete days report has not been received, such a poor thing.
The people are not even able to resolve the issue even after 5 days, such a bad service.

I booked lab test for my Mother and Father, firstly no one has came or called on the date which was booked for which I have to Connect the team over call ad reschedule it for next day, Secondly it’s been 4 days and the reports are still pending. I have called and message several times and CnH team has confirmed that the report will be available by EOD but got no result on that day, I called them again next day then again they said the reports will be shared by EOD but it’s now end of another day with zero result. This is highly unprofessional and very pathetic service. Would never recommend to any one.

I was introduced to CNH through my company, which offers generous OPD benefits to its employees. While the intention behind partnering with a third-party service provider is commendable, unfortunately, CNH has consistently fallen short of expectations. There are several other providers in the market who offer far more efficient and patient-friendly services, whereas CNH feels outdated and poorly managed.
I’ve been using CNH for the past 2–3 years, and not once have I had a smooth experience with any of the services I’ve booked. Here are some of the key issues I’ve faced:
1. No Same-Day Consultations for Emergencies:
In urgent situations, CNH fails to provide same-day consultations—even when doctors are available. The response is often, “We are helpless,” which is unacceptable in healthcare.
2. Poor Communication and Coordination:
Multiple representatives call for the same issue, requiring me to repeat the details each time. In one instance, a representative mistakenly assumed my wife was pregnant, when the actual request was for a root canal procedure.
3. Unreliable Appointment Scheduling:
Even after selecting a next-day consultation and adjusting my work schedule accordingly, I’ve received last-minute calls from CNH saying the appointment has been rescheduled due to the other direct appointments with Doctor/hospital.
4. Lack of Accountability:
The standard response to every issue is a generic apology—“Sorry for the inconvenience”—with no real effort to improve the service or resolve the problem.
In summary, CNH lacks the professionalism, responsiveness, and empathy that are essential in healthcare services. I hope this honest review helps others make informed decisions and encourages CNH to take meaningful steps toward improvement.

I had a very bad experience during a simple blood test, it’s been 3days and the reports are not available yet. Blood sample was taken morning 7 am, ideally if properly tested without any damage to the sample, reports should have been made available by evening the same day. However the turn around time in ConnectHeal is 48hrs!, that also okay. Surprisingly my reports are still not available even after 52hrs. It’s been 3 days now. Now I believe sample must have been damaged and i will get a false report.
