In the etim, once I’ve entered a serial, it won’t let you scroll down to actually search a problem.

So CNH dealers are required to submit DAR & PDI reports on new equipment. This app moves at a crawl if it even loads in Android phones. How does CNH expect us to do our jobs using a defective tool like this

I have tried download and reinstall this app several times to complete PDI’s if loads then always says it’s rolling out by regions thanks for your patience, even though other techs in the same shop I work at have the app and it works on their phones. Don’t know why?

If I I am viewing eTIM tech info such as a KA, and I set down my phone (which happens often because I am working on something) and it locks or I lock the phone, I have to start all over again.  I have to enter my pin and navigate to the information I am using several times while following tech instructions. This makes the app almost useless to me as an on the road tech. I need to be able to pull up eTIM information and keep it handy for a length of time. It would not be so bad if I just had to enter my pin and continue where I left off. But I have to start at the beginning and find the info all over again.

The app is great. Easy to navigate. Most difficult issue ive had is having to re sign in every time my phone closes. I have to navigate back through the app to where i left off while on etim or while doing a pdi.. i should be able to just enter my pin and it see where i left off..

Please fix this issue. When I begin to work on any PDI this app crashes. I really like this application and I think it’s a great idea it just needs to work better.
