Never this error came. ### 3/5 — Phone Number Error *2024-02-12, version 30.0* It is asking me to enter my phone number to avail exclusive benefits. But when I enter my phone number (reflecting in WD) it has an error that says "Unauthorized". ### 1/5 — Unable to login *2024-02-11, version 30.0* It is not letting me in the app. Asking to enter a phone number which i have been using since. I didn't receive refund yet. Representative who attend my call chandra gave me the false assurance that refund has been initiated bit It hasn't been credited yet. ### 1/5 — Cant update mobile number on file *2025-07-07, version 31.8* I was redeeming my loyalty award worth 3,750 pesos through Gcash when I noticed that the number was incorrect. There was an option to change the delivery phone number, I changed it to my correct phone number but I did not receive the money to my Gcash account.
