I think that the app could use some work. I don’t always receive my calls but other than that the app is pretty good not great but good . It’s hard to sign in so I had to you the guest profile but connection is good .🙂

I cannot get this app to work being functions on my watch. It does not do blood pressure, steps, sleep, heart rate, etc., etc. I have. Unpaired it and paired it several times and make sure that it is fully charged and the app is not recording anything. Half of the time I cannot answer my phone on my watch. I just don’t understand why the app is. Working with my watch. I bought one for my sister and it does. I read all these great reviews, but I don’t know how they think that this watch and app works good together. I cannot find any place anywhere to contact anyone to talk to about the app..

За 18.01 часы отображают информацию, как будто это было 17.01
Из за этого, скорее всего, не происходит синхронизация по шагам с телефоном, прошу сообщить, как это исправить.

I am submitting this 1-star review as a formal complaint regarding serious accessibility violations within this application. As a blind user who relies entirely on VoiceOver, I am unable to access any button in this app. None of the buttons or interactive elements are properly labeled or detectable by VoiceOver.

The entire application is unusable because VoiceOver does not recognize any functional controls. I cannot independently navigate, select options, or use any core features. This complete lack of accessibility prevents blind and visually impaired users from accessing the service.

Failure to provide proper screen reader compatibility reflects non-compliance with basic digital accessibility standards and equal access principles. Accessibility is a legal and ethical obligation, not an optional feature.

If these issues are not addressed within a reasonable timeframe, I will be compelled to escalate this matter by submitting a formal accessibility complaint to Apple’s App Review and Accessibility Team.

Until full VoiceOver compatibility is ensured, this application remains completely inaccessible for blind users.

品控质量得提升，抖音买了一对情侣的，不到半年，死机黑屏了一个，抖音店铺还关门了，还要去投诉才有人理，然后换了现在这个v8，优点咯待机时间长，大概有一周左右，缺点就是换表盘体现很差，平时运动下就自己不知道换到哪个表盘去了，然后自己想调回来，那个转轮居然还有时没反应，说实话，这次购物体验很差，当时购买是因为爱国者怎么说都是一个比较老的国货品牌，没想到品控和质量这么差，而且价格也不算便宜吧，998一对，本来给1星的，不过软件程序员服务态度很好，改个5星吧，如果可以，给个删除表盘的功能吧，这样就不会换到其它表盘去了

**Developer response:** 切换表盘可能是运动过程中不小心转动旋钮导致的。购买商家我们也没办法找到，我们只是负责技术方面的服务，很抱歉给您带来的不便。
