Please go back to the previous app. This one gives users a very poor experience. To begin users can’t register, then the app has forgot password buttons that don’t work and keep giving error messages. Then it asks for user details but doesn’t use the data. Just go back to the old app that worked. Very inconveniencing when there’s an urgent transaction to be made like paying your Uber or boda. And each new update requires us to register afresh, it doesn’t take data from the previous update. It’s very inconveniencing especially when you need to transact money urgently. Username and password reset do not work, and customer service keeps saying the system is under maintenance. I have been calling back and forth from the diaspora with no solution. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Why update an app that leaves customers unable to access their money?
