Do not use this app under any circumstances. It frequently has login issues, and the locations are often either closed for maintenance or have extremely long wait times. The most frustrating of which is it seems to only accept limited payment options. I still cannot get it to accept any of my cards. Two of my family used acct now it says my ohone is. Ot linked. So can’t get i. And my credit card is on the account can’t even get in to delete it. My kid can but still. I can’t login anymore even from another device to cancel my subscription. ### 1/5 — Terrible Design Choices, Getting Worse Each Update *2025-09-05, version 6.0.14* Update 5 Sep 2025: Yesterday’s release feels like a slap in the face. Despite my emailing the developers directly, the same obnoxious notification pop-up still appears every time I open the app. It’s unbelievable that such an obvious flaw remains untouched, showing either disregard for feedback or a complete lack of quality control. Even more shocking, Apple iOS explicitly lets users disable notifications — so how is Apple allowing an app to badger and irritate people into turning them back on? ——————— The latest update has made this app nearly unbearable. Every time I open it, I’m immediately forced to deal with an obnoxious pop-up begging me to enable notifications. No, I don’t want notifications, and no, I don’t need to be nagged about it every time I launch the app. It’s intrusive, it’s tone-deaf, and it’s flat-out lazy design. On top of that, the most important part of the app—the code—is shoved awkwardly up against the iPhone’s Dynamic island, making it harder to read instead of placing it in the middle of the screen where it actually belongs. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, after entering the code, I’m forced to tap through two pointless extra screens: one for “confirmation” and another for a “thank you.” This is textbook bad UI design—adding friction for no reason. The overall user experience feels clunky, outdated, and completely tone-deaf to what users actually want: speed, simplicity, and convenience. If the developers don’t start prioritizing usability instead of unnecessary pop-ups and clutter, this app will continue to go downhill. On top of all these design flaws, the app is still missing some very basic, obvious features that would actually help users: 1. Usage History and Timing Visibility – The app allows two washes per day, but it doesn’t show when the first code was generated or used. Users are left guessing and waiting blindly for 60 minutes. Just show the timestamp of the last code. This is common sense. 2. Detailed Daily Usage History – A simple history of when and where washes were used would help users track usage and avoid confusion. 3. Map View for Car Wash Locations – Instead of forcing users to scroll through a list, show a map so people can quickly find the closest wash, especially in unfamiliar areas. 4. Promotion Notification Frequency – Stop shoving promotions in our faces every single time the app opens. Put them in a dedicated “Promotions” tab or show them once, not every time. ### 1/5 — Absolute worse app *2025-08-27, version 6.0.13* If you value your money and your time, you will NOT get this service and go somewhere else where your time and money are valued. ### 1/5 — Questionable App Operator *2025-08-22, version 6.0.13* During the most recent update, their system autologed me out. I know my password, however their system tells me I don’t. So I have tried to reset my password and I never receive the code email. I have been trying for 2 days. Tried logging out and back in and it won’t let me in. It’s the only device I’ve used. I now have 4 washes I can’t access. I often use the subscription service.
