### 2/5 — Requires update

*2025-04-26*

Every single time I open the app, it complains that it is out of date and requires an update.

### 2/5 — Love the idea but needs some work

*2024-12-01*

The app is asking for full location access in the background. I do not allow that for any apps, and this one which I would only use occasionally cannot have that access and drain on my battery. Hope that gets fixed so I can try the app out. Best of luck! Deleting for now.

### 2/5 — Great idea, not fully baked

*2024-11-28*

I like the concept of this idea, giving more to the drivers than having the big corporations take the biggest cut. However, I have several issues that make this unusable for me.

First, I only use rideshare to get to and from the airport. The fact that they can’t do this for whatever reason makes it useless to me.

Second, I don’t like that I’m required to keep location services on constantly and that the registration process requires me to give up all my personal information first before I even get to look at the app and its functionality.

Airport rides and more respect for user privacy would make this a much better product.

### 2/5 — Good Intention, Terrible Execution

*2024-11-19*

I was really excited at first considering the ride was going to be about $3-$5 cheaper than Uber and Lyft. I even scheduled a ride for pick up at 8am

Unfortunately, my driver took a wrong turn and kept going the OPPOSITE way. I called him once to check his ETA (he said five minutes) but then four minutes went by and my drop off time increased to 14 MINUTES!! I understand traffic may be bad, but I scheduled for a certain drop off and pick up time and that’s not what I got.

I ended up calling the driver and canceling the ride and scheduling with Lyft instead.

### 3/5 — Good but two major drawbacks

*2024-11-07*

I love the idea of this app, keeping money local and more of that money going to drivers. I had my first ride the other day and it was very easy, fast, and fairly priced. My two major issues can hopefully be addressed in the near future.

1. Currently does not support rides to and from the airport. This is the main reason I use rideshare apps both for work and personal use.

2. The app requires location data to be set to "Always" even when not using the app. I do not allow this permission on any applications so I have to go into the settings and turn full location privileges on and off each time I want to use it. Needs to be updated to "Allow While Using" like other rideshare apps.

### 3/5 — Great concept but has room for improvement

*2024-10-12*

I wish the map showed my location as a passenger. I wish that it defaulted to the ride share pick up location. I wish I could change my location to be more exact once I’ve requested the ride. I love the concept but it has room for improvement. I’m unable to contact my driver because we don’t speak the same language

### 3/5 — Good/Bad

*2024-10-04*

I heard about this on the local news In Colorado. I wanted to sign up for it because I am a Uber Driver of eight years but when I started signing it up, it had me as a passenger and not a driver. What’s with that?

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Seems like a scam

*2025-08-09, version 3.01*

Driver never showed up. He marked the ride as complete. Can’t get ahold of anyone to get a refund. Customer support page on app is blank.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2025-05-10*

Can’t get past the “we’ll send you a text to confirm your phone number” stage. No way to contact developer to address this bug.

### 1/5 — Didn't even get to first base

*2024-12-11*

The app won't let me continue after entering my address. I will never grant an app permanent location access. What a joke and a waste of time to even download the app. I suspect this is a scam, some front for shady business. How can you have a business to complete with Lyft or Uber, but you can't even enter your address without granting permanent location access. Unnecessary and fishy.

### 1/5 — Cant get started

*2024-11-30, version 1.25*

I get to the prompt to set my home address and it says failed to save. It does this in the NY version of this app as well.

### 1/5 — Why bother?

*2024-11-12*

I wanted to try this app and support a local business.
There are NEVER rides available! They also do not serve the airport. I have attempted to use the app 16xs over the past month and even when I’m downtown I cannot get a ride.

### 1/5 — Driver never showed up, never issued refund, impossible to reach

*2024-11-04, version 1.22*

Such a bummer. I was really rooting for this coop, but now, I'm almost afraid it was a scam.

### 1/5 — Sad

*2024-10-07*

I was so excited to use it but every time I try it I gets someone very far or someone who stays in the same spot for at least 10 minutes so I have to cancel the ride I’m very disappointed maybe one day I’ll give it a try again but for now I’ll stick to Uber and Lyft and I wish when we cancel a ride we are able to put why we did

### 2/5 — Love this idea!

*2025-06-26*

And will fully support it once the bugs are fixed - but I can’t get past the screen where I enter my home address. Keep working on it and it will replace my other ride share apps.

### 2/5 — Doesnt work

*2025-05-18, version 3.01*

The app doesn’t send me an authentication code when I put in my phone number to begin using it for rides.
Fix this and I’ll up the stars

### 2/5 — Change Location Privileges

*2025-05-02*

Please change location privileges to “only when using”

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — surge pricing savior

*2024-11-17*

uber and lyft surges are always such a bummer at peak times. i was able to get a ride from rino to lakewood for less than half of what the big companies were charging at 2am. the one big drawback for me is the lack of safety features for passengers. definitely passing this along to my friends!

### 5/5 — Better for community / drivers

*2024-11-16*

Drivers are more fairly compensated for work, money stays in Colorado to be spent here. Win-win

### 5/5 — So far so good

*2024-11-03*

Just downloaded this and have yet to take a ride, but I am 5 starring so this app gets more traffic. Will update once I take a ride

### 5/5 — Great Service Best Prices

*2024-09-19*

So when I first heard about this app I was a little hesitant as there hasn’t been any real competition to the big ride share companies. However I love supporting local business and decided to give this app a try. Called a ride and was picked up in a nice car it went smooth no issues at all. The major benefit to this app over the big ride share companies is they don’t have surge pricing so it’s always a fair rate and it feels good knowing the driver is receiving 80% of the fare. The app is driver owned and it’s literally a Cooperative and such an amazing idea can’t wait to see it flourish truly. I don’t use ride share often but every time that I do I will be using CO-OP from now on.

### 5/5 — Easy to use and wonderful experience!

*2024-09-19*

I tried this as an alternative to Uber for the first time today and was blown away by how easy the app was to use and my driver was absolutely wonderful! I am so happy to have an alternative option that keeps money in the Denver community.

### 4/5 — Great app, needs improvements

*2025-04-23*

Please have the “always on” gps setting changed to “while using”

### 4/5 — Want this to work!

*2025-01-18*

I love a driver owned self co-op and all my interactions with drivers have been great. Like others, I have difficulty with the app requiring that location sharing be “always on” instead of only while using the app , and resetting or needing additional authentication every time I use it. I look forward to being able to go to the airport.

### 3/5 — Love the idea!

*2025-02-15*

I’m a big fan of a rideshare service owned by drivers. The drivers I’ve interacted with seem genuinely happier compared to Uber and Lyft drivers in the past. However, there’s one major issue I’d like to see addressed: the app.

The opening animation freezes my phone and stops any audio from playing. Sometimes that app will randomly log me out when reopening it to check my driver details which can sometimes send me into a panic because I can’t tell if the ride is being cancelled or what.

Additionally, I find it unnecessary that my location is always on to use the app. There should be more transparency about this, and this is the main criticism I hear from others when trying to recruit riders.

Despite these drawbacks, I’ll continue using the app because of the positive experience with the drivers and the reasonable price point. For an updated app I’ll leave 5 stars!

### 3/5 — Need to change ‘Always allow’ location requirement

*2024-12-01*

I would love to start using this app, but requiring riders to select ‘Always allow’ location sharing is crazy. Make it about ride hailing, not mining/selling user data.

### 3/5 — Location Services

*2024-12-01*

Won’t work unless you grant the app permanent access to your location (as opposed to “while using”) which is a bummer and a red flag.
