No longer fits my phone screen after iOS update. Not usable any more.

Very unusable app. Does not allow input from user. Requires me to call pharmacy to order prescriptions just like 25 years ago!

Was only able to use once. Now prescriptions are covered by grey window . Even pharmacy can’t figure out why. Even tried to delete account then redo with new account number. Tried removing app and reinstalling. Nothing works. It really is as bad as everyone is saying. Looks like co op picked the wrong developer. Same.

The App puts convenience at your fingertips - THATS A LIE 

To reset your password please call the pharmacy or drive over and pick up a new one!!! WHAT??? This app is way more trouble than it’s worth. Failing grade Co op!

Rarely can I login to this app, always a timeout error after putting in password. Its so frustrating to use, it’s very unreliable. Zero stars just save yourself the frustration and drive to the pharmacy.

In order to use this app you must enable location services. You are unable to manually select your Co-Op store or pharmacy without providing unnecessarily invasive permissions and personal data to the company. I am considering going back to a flip phone or landline, as few apps still respect consumer privacy, and there are no legitimate laws protecting user data. Not worth the risk.

App worked really well for about a week now it won’t connect to the pharmacy to refill.

App responds slowly. It’s difficult to get it to accept touch for pasting in my password. Once in its difficult to get the check boxes to accept touch and activate the check box. I do not receive emails that my order is ready to pick up.

This is the easiest pharmacy app I’ve ever used. Took less than 3 clicks to have my prescription delivered with the info I was given by the pharmacist! 

If I encounter any bugs I usually report them to the developer instead of writing a bad review. No bugs on this app yet
