I cannot get past the phone number verification. Please fix the app so all the many people that want to support co-op owned businesses can! ### 2/5 — Automatically resetting. *2024-07-19* When i try typing destinations and origin, the screen resets every time, forcing me to retype after i already did that. There are the issues of no rides available, not enough recruitment. These issues still need to be addressed. I lile an alternative option, but fix these please. Update: So now the app tells me no user pool exists. I cannot use the app anymore. I tried getting customer service to offer me an explanation, but they never responded after 2 days. I’m deleting this app. A great idea with no execution or support. ### 2/5 — User pool does not exist *2024-06-28* I can’t get past the phone number text verification request. When I enter a phone number I get an error saying user pool does not exist. Maybe because my phone number is not an NYC number? I would like to be able to use this service when I’m in town but it seems like that won’t be possible. I fully support this initiative though. ### 2/5 — Accessibility options don’t work *2024-06-20* There is no way to scroll down to see all of the accessibility options and confirm them. If you say you do, and tap what applies to you, there’s no option to continue with accessibility. Was quoted a price, however, this ended up not being the final cost. Uber and Lyft give you the final price when quoting. Furthermore, driver announced arrival although he was at incorrect address/street. Did not ask whether to use toll road or alternative. They dont honor the quoted price and they dont give explanation when your final bill blow up to almost double. ### 1/5 — Scam *2022-04-29* This company scammed me. When I pre-booked my first ride they gave me one price, after the ride ended I was charged double. They did not honor the price I was initially quoted when I pre-booked with no explanation why the fair changed. Bait and switch tactic used here. When I tried calling the company to get an explanation no one picked up. Unless you want to get scammed stick with lyft or Uber, at least you pay what you are quoted. Co-op should not be in business with these types of business tactics. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign up *2021-09-04, version 6.03* I can’t even create an account. And there’s no error message anywhere offering even a hint as to why. I retyped my password and the password confirmation, I added a digit to my username, I re-formatted my phone number from (111)-123-4567 to just 1111234567 (one thing at a time, not all in one go). Nothing worked and still no error messages. Only the “cancel” button works, not the account creation button. ### 1/5 — No cars seemingly available *2021-07-18, version 6.02* Requested ride 3 times. Each time ETA was 2 - 7 minutes and cars display on map nearby. Each time no driver dispatched. Just keeps on searching for a driver. Seems like the cars on map aren’t representations of real cars. ### 1/5 — Too expensive *2021-06-14, version 6.02* 100$ for a car to jfk from manhattan without any included fees? Need your support 😊🙏 ### 5/5 — Tip *2022-12-19* My company uses this service when working overtime. I am using for myself for the first time and I recently discovered how the tip option works. You have to go into your profile and select the default gratuity percent or choose other to set a customized amount. I don’t see any other way.
