Can’t track the trip on the app. You have to use a link provided by email and then track your driver in an Internet browser. The app also doesn’t allow you to tip the driver or rate the trip. Please fix the app. ### 2/5 — New update sucks *2025-01-08* I downloaded this app because of the fixed rate since most drivers would go to the longest route so they can get payed more, but because of this new update, it just gives the estimate. I always take taxi from home to school and it’s always $12, but this morning, it was $17. Good thing the driver I got was nice enough and just charged me for $15. This sucks. I’ve heard that they changed it because they aren’t getting many customers so they increased the price. Like what? At this point I will just take Uber or Lyft. They will continue losing more customers if they keep this update. ### 3/5 — home address *2024-11-19* the app will never accept my address and always defaults to what would be next door if it existed. It is for LIVE trips. Prebooking a previous day/week fails each time. So I'll use credit card, not Apple Pay next year. Or, just won't prebook at all. Everything else perfect. Maybe a dollar or two dif for 1 driver,but not gonna cause an incident. ### 3/5 — It’s ok *2023-10-27, version 7.10.0* Just like every other service over the years that’s been forced to improve after the introduction of Uber, Co-op is no different. Used to be completely terrible, they’re pretty ok now. The app works, the drivers are generally nice. But I really don’t like how when you do a fixed rate trip you can no longer see the price on the app after you’re picked up. I’ve had a few rides now where I know for a fact that the price has changed in the car. When you take a ride, I believe it is common sense to tip after the service, but when you get to destination and ride is done you cannot tip and the trip closes. This is bad for the drivers they miss the tip. Your competitors’ apps even make it possible to adjust the tip after the fact. Please reconsider the design for this feature. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Someone using my old phone number to use this taxi service *2026-05-30* Can’t get ahold of anyone at coop taxi to remove my old phone number from my email. I get spam emails daily from someone using it. It’s annoying. I keep calling for them to remove that number from my coop account and they won’t do so. ### 1/5 — I did like the app *2026-02-19* I take a cab to do my shopping up the road. Was $11 both ways which was fixed rate. Now only on the app they have implemented an extra charge. So now my trip is $16? Wtf… and you can’t get a fixed rate if you call. What a crock. I got a call telling me my cab was outside. I saw no car anywhere in site. My cab failed to show up. And then had the audacity to mark me as a no show. Why give customers the option to pre book a taxi for a safe ride home but not actually follow through. No way to tip after a trip. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-10-25, version 6.17.0* I’ve used this app for so long & felt it was ok. However, it started taking my money out of my account when booking but showed absolutely no record of me booking a cab. So I call in & they forward me to a bunch of useless voicemails. This app sucks. If you’re in need of an emergency last minute ride.
