Business banking on the go. Easily manage your business accounts quickly and securely wherever you are with The Co-operative Bank Business Banking App. Key features of the Business Banking App: • Log in securely with Face ID and Touch ID • Pay new and existing payees and transfer money to your own accounts • View and search two years of transactions • Edit and delete payees quickly and easily • View Direct Debits, standing orders and other scheduled payments • Manage accounts for up to five businesses • Share your bank details with customers via SMS, WhatsApp and more • Apply for savings accounts, credit cards and more • Get important updates with push notifications You can use this app if: • you are an existing business current account customer with maximum 12 accounts • you already use The Co-operative Bank Business Online Banking; and • you don’t have anyone set up as an approver of changes, i.e. payment approvals. Gaining access To gain access to our app you will need to register and agree to our Business Online Banking Terms and Conditions if you haven’t already done so and our Business Mobile Banking Service Terms and Conditions. Once you have done so, you will need your Customer ID, User ID and HID Approve mobile security app or physical plastic security token. Is my phone compatible? For security reasons, you’ll need a compatible device and operating system to use our Business Banking App. You won’t be able to use the app if your device is jailbroken. You’ll need a device running iOS 15 or above. If you are not able to update to this version, you can log into The Co-operative Bank Business Online Banking to access your accounts. Basically, it’s rubbish terrible app don’t know why I deal with you. Have been trying to pay my accountant for days (they’ve been a verified payee for years). Keep going around in circles: “Something went wrong, please try again” … “STOP! Do not proceed. This is a scam!” … Enough is enough. I’m closing the account and moving to a bank that actually allows me to pay people. There is nothing ethical about refusing to give people access to their own money!! You should have your banking license stripped! A business bank in name only, not made for business in a modern world. Why does this banking app: Use two apps for security? Cannot download a statement. Accept cheques? Account analysis. Use strange naming conventions for payment made by clients or transfer of money? Communicate to customer services through the app? Looking at the reviews they know how bad the app is. Either cannot or don’t want to modernise. ### 2/5 — Clunky and complicated *2026-06-25, version 24.7* Steps to register are over complicated AND I have had to do it a 2nd time, as it forgot I did it yesterday ### 4/5 — Nearly excellent *2026-06-18, version 24.7* I have two serious gripes, neither of which would be necessary if the developer had actually paid a batch of invoices. After paying each invoice, the system asks how was it for you - and when you give feedback it is ignored. This has been going on for weeks now The other is the ridiculous insistence on asking what a payment is for - then not having a category for salaries or HMRC A complete waste of time. The desktop version doesn’t require it and despite repeated requests I have never been given any justification for it ### 1/5 — Worst banking website *2026-06-09, version 24.7* The Co-op site is awful. They have tried to improve it and may have done a little. Stuff is hard to find. Only two days ago I was getting a constant “no statement available for this period” because I only needed 1-5 November 2024. If it were not for free banking, and that my some of my punters might use the change as an excuse to get confused over payment, I’d be away like a shot!
