The service for the owners is really bad. Firstly, payment are not made . And there is mo proper channel to get in touch. Secondly, the prices they put in their website is very low. My property usually go for around 3k but oyo puts their own rate. Also the agents that work under OYO are not helpful at all. They don’t pick up our call once we register our property. So please do think before considering tying up with OYO. ### 1/5 — Cheater and worst company *2022-09-08, version 2.3.0* OYO is cheater and worst company . They fraud not only customers but property owner also. Impose lots of penalty by DA , Walkin assurance , etc. They promise customer for cheap room rental by offering coupon without contact of property manager. They don’t have corporate office in STATE nor permanent employee . They have hired agent to work on behalf of oyo to loot . If you forget to do no show, it goes to forced check in and deduct balance amount for the fake booking. They just provide cheap rooms and don’t even think of the owners of the property. Also they charge a lot of convenience fees from the customer in the same amount and hotel is left with just ₹300-400 in an amount of ₹800-1000. Please think for a lot of times before booking an OYO. The below reviews which people are posting is 100% correct. What they can do is do not PAY, do not Listen, Scam money, Takeover Owners Assets but they can not stop us to Spread awareness about this FRAUD. I am in 3.5 lacs loss in past 3 months. They do not give money and cut off all money in the name of technical stuffs which other desi peoples do not understand. Owners, and victims. Lets fight together. Fake check-ins of the customer are marked on the app. There are soo much of bugs in this app. No support from the team at all. I have registered my property around 1months back, from the starting , I have received no support. The team takes your otp to check the app. And then marks fake check ins. All your prepaid balance will be deducted with no proper record . All the oyo does is fraud with the property owners and also customers. ### 1/5 — Bugs, Unprofessional *2024-01-30* CoOyo app has alot of bugs; App crashes lot of times. Recharge which we do in app does stay for long period; Daily deductions happen in the app which led to empty balance. Oyo take its share more than usual. It is 100 percent correct what mentioned in the above review. OYO doesn’t stand on their agreement. No one bothers to resolve disputes about payments for months together. They’re really cheating Hoteliers and fighting in courts. There are number of cases in courts. There is no transparency in their accounts. Vì xài smartphone nhiều hơn laptop ! Mong ứng dụng viết tốt như ứng dụng Pulse của Booking!
