I recently joined COA for their live classes and they’re soo so wonderful! Phenomenal really..and this app is like icing on the CAKE! Love how it creates small, actionable items so I can look at life a bit differently and try new things. I’m really impressed with this and look forward to more pushups to challenge myself and get better. Thanks COA team! You really are the best 🙌

Daily emotional push-ups are exactly what I need! I’m stoked to be actively working on my mental health. It’s hard to conquer old habits but I’m excited to have this app so I can work on my mental health outside of Coa’s live classes.
