This app has helped me a ton with not only building a workout plan but also with helping my me understand why it’s doing it! Coach takes my overall health into consideration when planning my sets, it understands where I’m at now and how to safely and effectively get me to my goals. I enjoy chatting with it to see how I can improve, how I did with my workout, and to learn about how to exercise properly! It doesn’t have that AI feel when I talk to it either. 10/10 will continue to use IAmCoach and looking forwards to where it will take me!
