The Coach Catalyst app is designed for clients of trainers who have enrolled in the Coach Catalyst program. The app will send push notifications and prompt clients to answer yes/no question in regards to comply with healthy habits sent by your coach. WHO CAN USE THE APP Clients can only use the app if they are working with a Coach Catalyst coach. Editing programs is wonky, messages from clients are visible to every coach at my org (absolutely the the most concerning bug), and text formatting is strange. I want to love this, and some parts I do, but it feels like this app should operate more smoothly given its age and how many tools there are to build and edit apps nowadays. It doesn’t make much sense to me, and I plan on switching my agency and coaches to Practice Better if the features remain this weird and unpredictable. ### 5/5 — Super helpful in coaching my men’s small group *2026-04-03* I really enjoyed Coach Catalyst allowing the app to do a lot of heavy lifting to keeping men on track in my group. I also communicate directly through the app with them as well. ### 1/5 — Password does not work in app on phone *2026-03-10* I’ve recently changed my PW for my account. It was a successful change because I am able to log in on my desktop and laptop, but I cannot log in on the app. I’ve checked 12 times to make sure the fault was not mine. My credentials work everywhere (even on my phone browser) but does not work for the application. It’s frustrating. Fix it. It’s made it so easy to stay in touch with clients so they’re getting better coaching and Al my metrics, nutrition, workouts, and lifestyle goals are all in one place. Plus these guys are always updating and coming out with things that are so helpful for coaches.
