## What is Coach Family?

Coach Family brings a coach's whole community together in one caring place: family, friends, former players and everyone whose life that coach has touched.

Coaches spend years showing up for other people. Coach Family is a simple way for those people to show up in return. A few people at a time take a turn staying in touch: a photo from the weekend, a short video of the kids saying hello, or just a few words. Coach opens the app and is greeted by the people who care.

Anyone can join. Download the app, create an account and choose your group. An organizer confirms each new member, which keeps the community safe. There is no advertising, and what is shared is seen only by members.

FOR COACH
• One calm home screen that answers "what is happening with my people?"
• Photos, videos and messages from family and friends, newest first
• React or comment with a tap
• Private messages with each person
• A simple calendar showing who is keeping in touch now and who is next
• "I'm thinking of you": one button, no typing needed

FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS
• Sign up in a minute and pick your group
• Share an update in seconds: choose photos, record a short video, or write a few words
• "My Turn" shows the dates your group is with Coach, with a gentle reminder
• See Coach's replies and reactions
• Send "I'm thinking of you" any time

FOR THE ORGANIZER
• Create groups and choose each group's dates from a calendar
• Confirm new members as they sign up, or invite people by email
• See at a glance who has been in touch
• An activity log of who joined and what was shared
• Remove anything that should not be there

SAFE BY DESIGN
• Every new account is confirmed by an organizer
• Photos and videos are stored privately and shown only to members
• Private messages are seen only by the two people in the conversation
• Objectionable language is refused automatically
• Report or block from anywhere, and delete your account at any time
• No advertising, no tracking, and nothing is sold

Coach Family is built to be easy to read and easy to use, with large text, large buttons and nothing to learn.
