Their contracts are they key to making this scam work for them. They will get you to apply for large amounts of business credit, THEY WILL TAKE EVERY CENT OF IT AS SOON AS THEY CAN, they will then leave you with no profits and zero support, to drown and go bankrupt under massive credit card debt. Zero consideration, remorse, or any sense of responsibility. Simply evil. Every single step of the way throughout this process, when they could either deliver or disappoint, they have disappointed me. They have chosen to be bad actors and act as the antagonist every single step of the way, and have chosen to position me as the full liable victim at every turn. Whether it be through inaction, ineptitude, negligence, mismanagement, or by directly telling me they assume no responsibility for the present situation they have created and will not do so under any circumstances. When confronted they become hostile and persist as malicious actors, outright shameless scammers who are ruthless. 

Stay away & stay safe. ### 1/5 — Scammed me and never helped me *2026-03-11* They said any city and any state. Then they took back their words when I made the payments. Never found me a property after two months of just property searching. I already did all the LLC to website to everything on my own and still paid the fee to find me a property and always had an excuse and didn’t show me one property. Really disappointed. ### 1/5 — Same Scam, New Name *2025-08-31* This is just Inayah and Bryson again. They used to go by Stayly / I&B Coaching rebranded as “Coach Inayah.” Same recycled Airbnb 101 videos you can find on YouTube, same vague group calls, same pressure tactics to take out high-interest Affirm loans. They delete negative comments from their dashboard and hide behind “no refunds” while delivering little to no value. Don’t be fooled by the new name or the polished app — it’s the same overpriced, misleading program that has left many people in debt and regret. Save your money. ### 1/5 — Former student *2025-08-31* They are scammers. Stay away. They are ruining lives by deceiving them and not fulfilling promises. They just changed their name and app from Stayly and now Coach Inayah. They keep rebranding due to negative reviews. ### 5/5 — Excellent *2025-08-19* This academy is amazing. Everyone is so personable and does their best to remember you! If you are interested in starting your own business with property, learning market, learning about if a house or profitable , educational video and help you increase credit score and get capital, then this is the right place for you. They have a team who is always present to assist you. Bryson does live calls everyday, you can jump on, learn and ask your questions. The TurnKey program is so beneficial!! It saves you from making lots of mistakes and figuring stuffs out because they do your first unit for you! That was a BIG help! Must recommend! Would not be a business woman without them! ### 1/5 — PREDATORY-DONT DO IT *2025-07-09* This company took almost $20,000 from me and has not delivered on their promises. Customer Service is non existent despite their claims to have dedicated teams. Inayah and Brysons wealth comes from these scam courses and “do it for you programs”, not Airbnb. I even saw they were sued in Nevada and the judgement was put against them and they never paid the plaintiff who won the case!!! I was sold on the “penthouse program” and they didn’t deliver on a single thing they sold me aside from the preloaded modules… probably worth 20 bucks. Save your money and ask chat gpt for the help you need! You don’t need these predators. And RUN from Jamil McMillan if he calls you. **Developer response:** We cannot verify this as a genuine client experience. I payed them 10,000 dollars for them to “pretty much do everything for me and help me acquire a home”. I payed for one years worth of help and in that whole time all they did was tell me they can’t find any homes near me and that they will let me know if anything comes up. I never got any personal help from Anaya or Bryson if I’m remembering there names correctly. Asked for a refund or even a partial refund and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. There are video lectures from “How To Set-Up an LLC” to “How To Maintain a 5-Star Rating.” You can go at your own pace, while have your questions answered every step of the way!
