Trust me when I say this app gives the best workout routines especially if you’re new to the gym but also works well for people like me who’s been working out for years. The ai system is also really underrated and can be used generally in place of ChatGPT. I’ve compared and the answers are put differently so if you want to try sum new ai u should definitely check this app!
