This app has allowed me to take my online shopping to the next level. While being able to keep track of what and when I ordered. It’s way better than having to open chrome, type in my details then wait for the page to load.

I had an incredible shopping experience at Coach Outlet. The store offered a wide range of stylish, high-quality products at amazing discounts. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my visit even more enjoyable. I left with a beautiful handbag and wallet, feeling like I got an excellent deal. I'll definitely be returning for more fantastic finds!

I downloaded this app to have an easier experience shopping for items on my phone. After about the 5th time that an advertisement that seemed unrelated to Coach showed up full screen on my phone, completely halting my shopping experience since there doesn’t seem to be a straightforward way to dismiss the ad, I started to wonder if this was even the official coach outlet app. I deleted the app and then came to the reviews section to see if others were having the same issue. This seems like a relatively new issue, so hopefully the creators will catch on and start to do something differently.

The advertisements make it nearly impossible to shop. I purchased nothing.

I spoke with customer service at 10:30 at night she was very helpful I ordered the wrong size she helped me reorder her computer froze she said she would call me back she did helped me reconnect with insider boyyy she was polite understanding and stayed on the phone with me and walked me through everything great customer service

I love the coach because you can find so many different things such as shoes, bags, wallets, and accessories, all of which are constantly updated throughout the app and the website itself. I love the pricing and the payment options and how quickly it arrives to my home . the one thing that I hate most about this app are the multiple ads that pop up on the screen that you can’t get rid of until 15 seconds in they pop up every 30 seconds or a minute after the last ad. it’s so annoying and it immediately made me delete the app. If Coach wants their customers to shop off of the app, they’ll have to dismiss ads altogether.

I like that there is an app available for shopping. I do wish they would stop with the pop-up advertising - I’m already on your platform shopping and adding to cart, scrolling past the banner gets my attention. The pop-up video ad is going to make me go back to shopping in browser as opposed to staying in-app. Overall, a good app.

The app is very easy to use . So far I haven’t had any connection problems or any ordering issues. Always have great sales (reasonable pricing) for the nicest items, the app makes sure I am notified about my updates of new items and sales that will be coming up or currently going on. I love the app cause it also saves me from going in the store a lot .

I have 5 different coach crossbody ( 2 mini Rowan ) & they are the best crossbody for your everyday wear. You can go out with them or just another day at the office. I’m so excited to purchase the new silver shine crossbody. Thank you coach for always making the best quality purses for affordable woman like me. I will always refer my friends when they are in need of a great go to purse!

Love the coach outlet store I’ve purchased many leather goods from them over the years and I’m thrilled for the app that I’ve just discovered, but I will say the poo up ads from google are very annoying and constantly disrupts my shopping & browing. Please get rid of the add pop up it’s annoying.
