I downloaded the app as I’m out of state due to needing a backpack. Every 30 seconds an add pops up, NEVER have I ever had adds come up with any of my other shopping apps. For coach to have adds is ridiculous I don't even want to use the app to shop now because of the inconvenience of these stupid adds. If it wasn’t for the adds the app would be much easier to use and more fun to browse. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — What in the world with the ads? *2023-10-15* I downloaded this app to have an easier experience shopping for items on my phone. After about the 5th time that an advertisement that seemed unrelated to Coach showed up full screen on my phone, completely halting my shopping experience since there doesn’t seem to be a straightforward way to dismiss the ad, I started to wonder if this was even the official coach outlet app. I deleted the app and then came to the reviews section to see if others were having the same issue. This seems like a relatively new issue, so hopefully the creators will catch on and start to do something differently. The advertisements make it nearly impossible to shop. I purchased nothing. ### 1/5 — DELETING DUE TO ADS *2023-09-13* For what you charge for products, I’d imagine you can afford developers or individuals that can create an ad free shopping experience. As I’m typing this review with one star, I received an email from you guys that says “rate our app 5 stars and receive $50”. Where is the integrity??? Wow. That is pathetic and such a scam to get us to give you high ratings when undeserved. Not only will I delete this app right after this review but I will also pause on spending my money at coach or the outlet. This was a total turn off. ### 1/5 — The UX is horrific *2023-09-07* So there are several product/campaign graphics and photos riddled throughout the site—this is to be expected and not unlike any other clothing store app. *However*, these images were posted in the backend as VIDEO assets, not PHOTO. So each and every time you scroll near a product image in the app, the image automatically expands to full screen and makes it nearly impossible, and 100% aggravating, to navigate anywhere. For the record, I’m using iPhone 14 Pro Max. For a brand as prominent and reputable as Coach, I’m quite surprised by this oversight. Very amateur. ### 1/5 — To Many Advertisements *2023-09-03* I just downloaded the Coach Outlet App. I have to say that using the app is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I thought the app would be better than going online to the website. I have never been so wrong. I’m trying to scroll through the merchandise and all these pop ups keep coming up with different advertisements, not even for Coach products. It is very distracting when I can’t view an item with out an advertisement popping up. I’m deleting the app immediately. So annoying. I don’t go to the Coach app to be bombarded with all these random advertisements. I shop through a lot of apps, but this has been the worst experience of them all. As mentioned several times by other customers you can’t enjoy shopping and ordering smoothly because of the ads every 30 seconds. How am I supposed to navigate through the stores app with all of that interference. Also on top of that it was way to much lagging to even attempt to put up with. If you are truly a Coach fan, you will remain on their website and don’t bother with the app. Every time I go to browse and click on something that I would like to view, there is an ad!! It seems like the ads pop up every 30 seconds. This is very annoying. I was super happy to even see that there was a coach app, but very disappointed once I download it. Come on COACH, you are better than this!! ### 1/5 — Just downloaded it and already deleted it *2023-08-15* I just downloaded the app and I was able to set up my account on there but it stopped me twice with Temu pop ups. Then as I was trying to search for handbags, the videos on the app kept popping up along with more Temu ads. Doesn’t give you an option to go back to the previous page or anything. I love coach but this is probably why I just go to the actual website and not deal with the app. Michael Kors’ app doesn’t have pop ups like that. Maybe take advice from them. Their site is so easy to navigate through. ### 1/5 — I want to shop at Coach—not watch annoying ads *2023-08-11* I don’t know whose great idea this was to pollute a targeted shopping experience for those who cared to install the app with some random and annoying ads. The ads pop up so frequently that I have no time to browse the store and, as a result, I cannot buy anything. I uninstalled the app 3 minutes after I put it on my phone. This is very odd and sad. ### 2/5 — Love the store, but hate the app *2023-10-12* I love the coach because you can find so many different things such as shoes, bags, wallets, and accessories, all of which are constantly updated throughout the app and the website itself. I love the pricing and the payment options and how quickly it arrives to my home . the one thing that I hate most about this app are the multiple ads that pop up on the screen that you can’t get rid of until 15 seconds in they pop up every 30 seconds or a minute after the last ad. it’s so annoying and it immediately made me delete the app. If Coach wants their customers to shop off of the app, they’ll have to dismiss ads altogether. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — I 💚 it *2023-10-20* This app has allowed me to take my online shopping to the next level.
