I also love the great deals that the app offers! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Fake Coach App with Ads??! *2024-01-13* Just when I thought I’d never seen used an app worse than my health insurance provider’s, I downloaded this Coach app. I recently purchased a Coach bag for the first time and decided to download the app to check out some other items I’ve had my eye on. Within seconds of logging in, a popup ad for PELATON overtook my phone screen. For a second I thought I must have accidentally downloaded one of those Candy Crush-esque phone games with the frequent ads for everything from casino games to Temu. After I could finally exit the ad, I was brought back to the Coach app which felt more like I was just interacting with the website on my phone via Safari. Before I could even navigate to the shopping category I was looking for, ANOTHER AD. Except this one I couldn’t even exit out of. After this happening so often that I couldn’t shop efficiently, I deleted the app. It felt so suspicious—like this app experience does NOT align with the Coach brand at all. I don’t trust this app at all. ### 1/5 — Too Many Ads *2024-01-12* I can’t believe that the Coach brand would put their stamp of approval on this app. You can’t even scroll past 6 products without getting an ad that covers your entire phone screen. I found a lot of items that I liked and would have bought via this app, but the hassle of waiting 5 seconds for the ad to pass is not worth it (they pop up every 10-20 seconds too!). I’m not shopping here in the immediate future. ### 1/5 — ADS ! U can’t shop w/o interruption *2024-01-08* Seriously??!! I deleted the app within an hour. I’ve never seen a reputable company scream with 3rd party, full screen Advertisements popping up AND cannot be closed until waiting 5 seconds. And we are supposed to wait for the privilege of shopping their store? No thank you. Deleted the app and abandon my shopping endeavor. I’ll shop elsewhere where it’s more respectful, consumer friendly, and tech is dedicated to helping users focus on navigate the products within their own marketplace. ### 1/5 — How can an app be this bad? *2024-01-01* If the point of this app is to advertise any products, Coach fails here because it’s such a turn off. If the point is to be able to access your coach account, browse through inventory and buy coach products, then whoever designed this monstrosity needs to refund whatever they were paid and go back to school. One couldn’t scroll down the main page to start their search without being stopped by full screen video ads every 1.5 seconds. It’s a nightmare to navigate. If any app ever deserved a zero (0) this would be it. Also it’s clear that no one at Coach uses their own product if not this would have been pulled after a week. ### 1/5 — Ads make this app unusable *2023-12-31* I’ve been shopping Coach for years and adore their products. I recently realized that they had an app and hoped that it would be an easy way to shop from my phone. Once in the app, I received ads every 60 seconds or so. I got a notification offering the chance to win $50 for rating their app 5 stars which is undoubtedly the reason their App Store rating is so high. This poor user experience cheapens the brand’s image and I am incredibly disappointed. The ads are insufferable and I will be shopping on desktop from here on out. ### 1/5 — Too many ads *2023-12-28* There are way too many ads on this app. I got multiple full page ads within minutes of opening the app for the first time. There is also a continuous ad at the bottom of the page. It is much easier to just use safari or google and go to the website. The website doesn’t show you any ads. ### 1/5 — Waste of time - an insulting number of ads *2023-12-21* Don’t waste your time or energy with this app - as several others have noted, any potential added functionality off using this app is completely negated by the number of pop up ads and auto play videos. Honestly this app is turning me off the Coach brand - not sure what marketing wunderkind dreamt this up but please do better. Ignore the app and go straight to the webpage. Or vote with your dollars until Coach wakes up. Seriously, an insulting number of ads for a retailer. ### 1/5 — Horrendous *2023-12-20* This app can’t possibly be sanctioned by Coach or Coach Outlet. No brand of this caliber would allow for these kinds of ads. It’s an absolutely useless app that is hardly more than the website in app form. In fact, saving the Coach Outlet page to your home screen results in a superior user experience. Utterly disappointed in Coach. You’ll notice that the positive reviews are reviewing Coach’s products - not the app. STOP REVIEWING COACH PRODUCTS PEOPLE! It makes the app look much better than it is. ### 1/5 — Too many ads *2023-12-13* The amount of ads that pop up are TERRIBLE! I can’t even filter, search or click on merchandise without an ad coming up. It took 5-6 pop up ads just to add a wallet to my cart. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste. It’s better to shop on the website. The app would be so much better if they reduced the amount of ads that come up.
