## What is Coach Prof?

Coach Prof is a professional AI assistant designed for teachers and education professionals. It supports teachers during class, when grading student work, and in a variety of professional situations.
IN THE CLASSROOM
Ask a question out loud or select a predefined situation such as classroom disruption, a student who is struggling, time management, or a class losing focus.
Coach Prof provides pedagogical guidance directly through your earpiece.
Two modes are available:
• Manual: get specific guidance whenever you need it.
• Continuous: receive ongoing support during the lesson.
GRADING STUDENT WORK
Photograph the assignment, grading rubric, and student work. Coach Prof assists you with analysis and grading and suggests an evaluation that you remain free to review, adjust, or modify.
Credits are used for certain grading features.
PROFESSIONAL LIFE
Prepare for a conversation with a colleague, a meeting, an interview, or another situation related to your professional activity.
Coach Prof helps you step back, structure your approach, and prepare your communication based on the situation.
COACH PROF PRO
A Coach Prof Pro subscription provides access to professional coaching features, including voice coaching.
Separate credit packs are available on demand for certain grading features.
Purchases and subscriptions are managed through the App Store.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Coach Prof limits data processing to what is necessary to provide its features.
Conversations are not cached locally by the app.
Photos of student work are transmitted only for the purpose of performing the requested analysis.
Your personal notes remain stored locally on your device.
Please review our Privacy Policy for full details about data processing and retention periods.
A PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE TOOL
Coach Prof is designed to support teachers, not make decisions on their behalf.
AI-generated suggestions may contain errors or may not be appropriate for every situation. They do not replace a teacher’s professional judgment.
Teachers remain responsible for pedagogical decisions, grades, assessments, and how they use the guidance provided.
Coach Prof must be used in accordance with the rules applicable within your educational institution and in compliance with data protection requirements.
Coach Prof was created by a teacher, for teachers.
Monthly subscription for unlimited access to voice coaching features. Separate credit packs are available on demand for grading student work.
