The UI is not reactive and has consistent latency. The amount of times I see the “write a review” button is annoying and gets to the point where I can’t use the app without it populating every 15 seconds on certain areas of the main page. Well here you go coachbetter. Here is your 3-star rating. Stop showing up on my screen.

Stürzt ständig ab. Keine sinnvolle Kalenderfunktion. Kein Vorwärtsblättern möglich - App springt immer wieder zur aktuellen Woche zurück. Ob die Programmierer das Ding wirklich selber nutzen? Kaum zu glauben. Absolut mangelhaft.

Man kann grundsätzlich damit arbeiten, aber es gibt Apps, die bspw. die Mannschaftskasse mit integrieren. Auch dass ich nur insgesamt einstellen kann, ob automatisch zu- oder abgesagt ist, stört. Das kenne ich von woanders so, dass man pro Termin oder Terminserie einstellen kann.

Plenty of opportunities to make this a more fluid and simple UX, but before anything else, make a calendar subscription possible. Needs to be full calendar and not one event or one week’s events.

Keine scrollende Kalenderübersicht.
Push funktioniert nicht sauber.
Klicke ich auf einen Termin springt das Teil danach wieder in die aktuelle Woche und ich kann wieder vorwärts suchen. 
Beim Wochen durchsuchen sind schöne Bugs drin, ich lande immer wieder in der aktuellen Woche. Ich könnte endlos so weitermachen. Da hat jemand programmiert, der keine Ahnung hat. Schade.

The app used to be ok but suddenly the messages do
Not open ,  when I get an alert and click on it takes me to a blank page.  I’ve deleted and logged out and nothing fixes the issue

Grundsätzlich gute App und recht übersichtlich. Trainings können gut vorbereitet werden. Was jedoch wirklich mangelhaft ist, ist die Benachrichtigung. Mit iOS18 sieht man kurz Nachricht aufploppen, wenn diese weggewischt wird, zeigt die App nichts mehr an (z.B. 1) wie bei allen anderen Apps wenn eine Nachricht vorhanden ist. Auch paar andere Funktionen wie z.B. Abfrage/Abstimmung oder Erinnerungsfunktion wären wünschenswert. Manchmal vergessen Eltern die Kids für Training Spiel anzumelden, Erinnerung an alle wäre hilfreich

Doesn’t sync to outside calendars, no direct communication channels, no ability to customize or create your own chats.  Scheduling is difficult and not intuitive (can’t do multi day events, can do recurring scheduling for anything that isn’t weekly).  They are constantly updating so maybe it will get better

Im not sure why our club went with this app. Its by far the worst app I’ve had to use for club and team management. It’s not intuitive and does not have a good web interface. It has the worst calendar integration and I hate everything about that.

From a coaching tool it is ok.  To get the full capabilities you need to log in to the website which is just a pain for those that are constantly on the go. My teams used it for tracking attendance and evaluating athletes. The scheduling and chat feature are so far behind and clunky we stopped using it for that purpose entirely and stayed with snap.

Honestly this app is horrible. Pick any other sports app and it will fast out perform this one. If I could give it zero stars I would. This sentiment is shared across our entire team.

Wo soll ich anfangen? Man kann keine Fotos im Chat einfügen. Eltern können nur einen Urlaub eintragen. Push funktioniert nicht richtig. Ganz viele Mini-Fehler, die einem das Leben als Coach, Spieler, Eltern zur Hölle machen.
Schwerpunkt liegt zu sehr auf Trainingsübungen statt auf Teamverwaltung. Wurde uns so verkauft, dass die vielen Schweizer Entwickler Vollgas geben. Davon sehe ich bisher null. Kann nur abraten per heute.

Mit dem neusten Update stürzt die App nach 10 Sekunden ab. So leider nicht zu gebrauchen.

Awful app. Our soccer team uses this but it lacks a lot of functionality. It doesn’t have a monthly calendar view, can’t sync to a google calendar, can’t message parents individually, can’t share pictures. I wish we’d switch, it’s a big headache

I have never reviewed an app before, but I feel compelled to do so now. I’ve never used a more frustrating and useless app for managing sports teams. Maybe this is helpful for coaches, but it is absolutely useless for players and families to manage calendars. My kids have been for 15 years and this is the absolute worst product I’ve ever had to use.

### 1/5 — not sure this is an “app” if apps are useful

this might be the worst app i’ve ever seen for sports.  i’ve used snap, SportsEngine, demosphere, and crossbar.  all have, at a minimum, features like calendar syncing, access to account info, and settings to control what you share or show about yourself.  while this app can “access” your calendar, you have to add every event individually, which does nothing if any practice changes or anything gets added and you aren’t constantly checking the app against your calendar for updates.  the other attributes don’t even exist.  unacceptable.  
since it doesn’t provide any information or access to your account info (adding authorized viewers, family info, etc), i figured, maybe the app is still a work in progress, so i’ll try the website.  but the website banner is clear: “For full experience use Coachbetter
on your desktop computer or tablet”.  are you kidding!!?  what decade is this? 
this is the worst product i’ve ever seen for team management and player coordination.
