CoachBoard is the all-in-one workforce management app for football (soccer) coaching businesses — built for owners, admins, and the coaches who work with them. Run your entire operation from your phone: schedule sessions across every club you work with, assign and confirm coaches, track hours, run payroll, and keep invoices on schedule — no spreadsheets required. FOR OWNERS & ADMINS Dashboard — See active coaches, upcoming sessions, hours awaiting approval, and open invoices at a glance. Schedule — Build and manage your session calendar, fill unassigned slots, and confirm sessions added by senior coaches. Clubs & Clients — Manage every club or client you serve, with custom billing cadence (weekly, biweekly, monthly), late-cancellation windows, and program rates. Payroll — Automatically calculate coach pay by hourly rate, add session extras and bonuses, and export payroll reports (PDF, Excel, CSV). Invoices — Track what's paid, overdue, and owed by client, draft reminder emails for late payments, and manage season-long billing plans. FOR COACHES My Schedule — See sessions assigned to you, confirm coverage, and pick up open shifts other coaches need covered. My Hours — Track logged and approved hours for the pay period, with downloadable reports. Profile — View your hourly rate and manage notification preferences for schedule changes, cancellations, and team announcements. Whether you're running a coaching business with multiple clubs or coaching sessions for a single academy, CoachBoard keeps everyone on the same page — scheduling, pay, and billing, all in one app. ## Is CoachBoard safe? Alerts: get notified when a coach logs hours or requests cover, and when you're assigned a session. Fixed-price sessions: charge a club a set day rate instead of by the hour — counted once per session, never once per coach. Salaried admins: pay an admin a salary instead of an hourly rate. Your own schedule: admins who also coach can now see and log their own sessions. Coaches can add their own games and cover for an admin to confirm. They never set a price — what the club pays is worked out from your own pricing, and nothing counts until you approve it. ### 1.0.7 — 2026-09-03 Fixed: PDF exports (hours statements, invoices, payroll and reports) were rendering mirrored. All PDFs now export correctly. Fixed: editing an existing session could silently disable the Save button, so changes — including reassigning a coach — wouldn't stick. New: session types — mark a session as Training, Game, Tournament or Other, with a notes field for details like opponent and kickoff. New: edit or delete a single date in a repeating series, or every future date at once. Completed and invoiced sessions are protected. New: select multiple sessions to delete at once. New: tap a session on the assignment board to open and edit it. New: sort your schedule soonest-first or latest-first. New: coaches under 18 are asked for a parent or guardian contact during onboarding. Improved: schedules now show the venue name instead of the full street address. ### 1.0.6 — 2026-09-01 No release notes. ## Apps similar to CoachBoard | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Please Do It - Task Messenger](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/please-do-it-task-messenger/id6476975901) | 4.5 (12) | Free | Business | | [PayNow for Stripe](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/paynow-for-stripe/id1172137638) | 4.4 (49) | Free | Business | ## Related topics [staff management](https://appshunter.io/ios/topics/staff-management) --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
