## What is Coached by carl?

having worked with hundreds of people online and in person I am now introducing this personalised personal training app which allows me to set programmes, nutrition, weekly check in forms, daily habits with exercise demonstration talking you through how to execute the exercise and how not too. the app will provide weekly check in sheets to help with accountability and give you the guidance you need when you need to make the weekly adjustment. 

whether you are looking to build muscle, lose weight, cut, tone up or gain strength. the app & myself will guide you all the way there.
