When you sign up with Coached by Max for him to tailor you a nutrition and fitness plan you get plans in an app created by him.  You fill out in app a profile, answer questions on foods and fitness info, and provide measurements to help track progress for Max to tailor you program.  It is easy to navigate in it, and he provides information to help you succeed with your program.  He does fantastic job with nutrition on recipes and grocery lists.  You can track nutrition and exercises.  I enjoy the app because all the info you need is there.   Coached By Max provides support when you need it whether be on app or part of your plan.  When you email them they get back within 24-48 hours.   You will succeed if you follow plan and work hard.  Good Luck!!
