CoachFlat is coaching software for solo personal trainers, priced the way it should be: one flat fee, no matter how many clients you coach.

BUILD PROGRAMS FAST
Create a program, add training days, and pull exercises from the built-in library or add your own. Duplicate anything — an exercise, a day, an entire program — and copy days between programs instead of rebuilding them. Undo a deletion if you misfire.

ASSIGN AND TRACK
Assign a program to a client and it rotates through the days as they train. A compliance view shows you at a glance who's training and who's gone quiet, so you can reach out before someone drifts away.
