## What is CoachFlux?

CoachFlux is an AI coaching app for work, goals and habits. Pick a goal, choose a coach, and get a specific next move instead of generic advice.

Every coach in CoachFlux is an AI character. Replies are generated by Google's Gemini API, or by a backup AI provider when Gemini is unavailable. They are not human professionals. CoachFlux is a general self-improvement and productivity tool.

11 AI COACHES
- FlowState - focus, deep work, time blocking
- CareerPilot - promotions, interviews, salary strategy
- MoneyMind - budgeting, savings systems, debt payoff
- SocialSpark - networking, speaking, everyday confidence
- SystemBuilder - habit design, GTD, PARA, automations
- ChessKing - hard decisions, trade-offs, prioritization
- ScribeMaster - sharper emails, memos and pitches
- LangPolyglot - spaced repetition, immersion, daily practice
- StartupSage - idea validation, MVPs, customer interviews
- NegotiationPro - salary talks, deal closes, vendor scripts
- Muse - creative output, idea generation, unblocking

6 GUIDED PROGRAMS
- 21-Day Focus Challenge
- 30-Day Career Sprint
- 14-Day Money Reset
- 30-Day Writing Mastery
- 21-Day Confidence Builder
- 30-Day Skill Mastery

Each program is a day-by-day plan: a short lesson, one exercise, and a chat prompt that hands the day's work straight to the matching coach.

VOICE SESSIONS (PRO)
Talk to a coach out loud instead of typing. Speech recognition plus spoken replies, in a call-style screen.

DAILY MOMENTUM
- A personalized daily prompt from your top coach
- Proactive nudges - your coach opens the conversation
- Reminders you schedule by time of day
- Rotating daily micro-actions tied to your chosen goal
- Daily and weekly challenges

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
- Streaks, with a best-ever record
- XP for the sessions and challenges you complete
- Progress dashboard: this-week stats, a 28-day activity map and a 7-day trend chart
- Coach Chemistry Score, so you can see which coach you actually work best with
- A private journal for reflections and end-of-day reviews

PRIVACY
No account and no sign-up. Your chats, journal and progress are stored on your device. To generate a reply, the text of your message is sent to Google's Gemini API, or to a backup AI provider when Gemini is unavailable. Crash reports and anonymous diagnostics (for example, whether the App Store returned the plans) go to Sentry. Full details are in our privacy policy.
