## What is CoachLink Booking?

CoachLink is the platform for combat sports, connecting fighters, coaches, gyms, promoters, and matchmakers through one structured workflow for booking sanctioned bouts, managing rosters, running events, and tracking compliance.

Stop running shows on scratch paper. CoachLink replaces the scattered texts, spreadsheets, and phone calls with one workspace where the whole card moves from offer to fight night: inquiry, bout offer, coach approval, e-signed agreement, signed.

FOR PROMOTERS
Build your card on a live matchmaking board that shows every bout's stage at a glance. Post open bouts with weight, record, and eligibility requirements, send offers, and lock signed agreements in app. Manage commission compliance and state filings, sponsors, ticketing, and your public event page from one event workspace. Pay per event. No subscription.

FOR FIGHTERS
Build a profile with your fight history, weight class, gym affiliation, and medical records. Receive bout offers, e-sign agreements from your phone, and stay discoverable to promoters building cards. Fighters join free.

FOR COACHES AND GYMS
Manage your roster and approve bouts on your fighters' behalf through the coach approval gate, so no fighter is booked without sign-off. Gyms join free.
When a fighter pulls out, send standby requests in minutes instead of days. Pre-fight medical clearance stays attached to each bout, and the commission packet is generated for you before weigh-ins.

CoachLink is not a promoter, sanctioning body, or party to any bout agreement made on the platform. Medical and eligibility information is informational only and is not medical clearance.
