## What is CoachSpehre?

Elite Training helps personal trainers and their clients manage coaching, scheduling, progress tracking, and communication in one focused iPhone app.

Trainers can view their roster, review upcoming sessions, monitor client progress, and keep coaching conversations organized. Clients can book sessions, track weight and strength progress, review goals, and stay connected with their trainer between workouts.

The app is built for ongoing coaching relationships, with simple views for goals, sessions, client notes, and progress trends.
