This is simply a multi modal AI, which is providing textual guidance based on pretty much zero relevant data. The model cannot possibly know anything about my performance without first creating a profile of my play.

Just like working with a new in-person coach, the more context about your needs and goals as an athlete that you provide, the faster and more relevant the advice and guidance you receive will be. With CoachSquad, your AI coach is smart enough that you can simply talk back and forth with them and send over video footage to analyze in order to provide that context.

I was pretty skeptical when my friend told me about CoachSquad, but this app has started to turn things around for my 12-year-old who loves soccer. He looks like a different kid out there after less than 1-week of working with his AI coach, Jason. His confidence has gone way up. We pay a small fortune for weekly in-person lessons, but now he can chat with coach Jason, anytime—especially right before and after matches. I didn’t player soccer growing up, but just listening to them talk back and forth, I’ve learned a lot too!
